Sam Lam is a facial plastic and hair surgeon for the past 21 years. He is the author of 12 textbooks and over 250 scientific articles and book chapters as well as a global lecturer. He is the owner of the 45,000 square foot wellness center in Plano, the Willow Bend Wellness Center, and is a former owner of a spa and salon in his building. He has launched his own skin care line, Ova, and is also growing a line of hair-care products on Amazon with unique, all-natural growth properties under the umbrella brand Folliflo. He is currently working on opening up clinics to manage chronic pain using a patent-pending process that he invented and believes will be a major disrupter in how we practice medicine. He has been part of the Peloton Forum for the past 18 years since 2006. He is married for 8 years to Ellie and is father of two children, Alessandra (5) and Enzo (3).

Tony Pompa
CEO, Freight Industry, Assembly, Entrepreneur
Tony Pompa is President and CEO of All Cargo Express, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, based in Arlington, TX, since 2019. He also founded and has run General Assembly, an assembly company focused on in-store, high-volume assembly for national retailers since 1993. He and his wife Julie have five beautiful daughters. Both Tony and Julie are extremely active in volunteering in their community and Church. He has been part of Peloton since 2008.

Adam Chernow

Adam Chernow has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years, selling his last company, Trademasters, in 2019 and now working to rapidly grow his new company Industry. He has 3 children Sophia, Andon, and Estelle. He has been part of Peloton since 2006.

Yogi Patel

Dr. Yogesh Patel was born in Rugby, England, but raised in Texas. He graduated from a program in Endodontics and begin practicing in Dallas Texas. In 2007, he acquired his first practice and begin his journey as an entrepreneur. Over the next 15 years he grew his business to 14 locations, and in 2022 he sold his parent company to a private equity firm where he serves on the board of directors and as the largest investor in the company. He has two beautiful sons who are now 19 and 21. He is currently launching a tongue scraper device called Tongue Love.

Alan Putter

Alan Putter, a native of Dallas, Texas, is an accomplished entrepreneur. As the President and founder of Amusement Management, Inc., an enterprise spanning over three decades, Alan has spearheaded numerous successful ventures within the amusement ride and amusement park industry.
Notable among these is his pioneering role as one of the original operators of the Skycoaster amusement ride, boasting installations across key locations such as Dallas, San Antonio, Mexico City, Guadalajara, and South Padre Island, Texas. His career also saw him at the helm during the 1998 World’s Fair in Lisbon, Portugal. Adding to his repertoire, Alan owned and operated Zero Gravity Thrill Amusement Park in Dallas. Alan also maintains relationships with leading figures in the North American Fairs circuit.
Ever the entrepreneur, Alan is currently channeling his expertise and vision towards new ventures in the realms of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. He is married to Jodi Putter, a Pilates master instructor, and has a son, Nathan, who is currently pursuing his graduate studies at Oklahoma University

Darren Moll

Darren Moll is a Hospitality Professional specialized in “Off Premise” Logistics and Operations.
Early professional experience began in the luxury hotel business that included the Four Seasons Hotel Company and Ritz Carlton Hotel Company in North America, Europe, and United Arab Emirates.
Since 2002, Darren’s experience includes operating full- service private and corporate catering companies in both Texas and Southern California.
In 2015, he formed Alex Peyton, LLC, a diversified boutique hospitality company. Alex Peyton, LLC, currently manages a fleet of disaster management assets for one of the largest all- hazard response companies in North America with continued business development of the Western US market focused on wild land fires.
He is married to wife, Cristina for 24 years, and they have 2 daughters. Alexandra (20 years old) and Isabella (14 years old).

Matt Clements

Matt Clements has owned and operated Lone Star Iron Doors since 2014, creating modern and classical doors and windows for commercial and doors for residential purposes. His significant other is Heimmy, and he has three children Mia, Ian, and Paula. He is a 6 year member of Peloton.

Carl Reynolds

Carl Reynolds owns a design-build-landscape and pool construction company. His Bachelor’s Degree is in landscape architecture from Kansas State University. Carl is in his 24th year of operating his design-build business, which is predominantly focused on high-end residential new and renovation projects. Reynolds Lanscape and Pools is currently engaged in the 3rd year of an aggressive 10-year growth plan. The plan is to grow the company 700% from start to end. This will include building a company headquarters on a 1-acre property that will also include office/warehouse space for rent to others.
Carl has been in the Peloton Forum for 18 years in total. He has been married to Melanie for 31 years and has 3 children; Ashley (28), Amanda (25) and Trey (22).

Randy Rush
Corporation Owner, Real Estate Investment, Veteran, Entrepreneur
Born in Los Angeles, California, Randy Rush grew up inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of his father, a serial entrepreneur who successfully ventured into multiple businesses, ranging from delivery services and ridesharing to a chain of retail stores, and then recreational boating industry.
At the age of 17, Randy joined the Marine Corps. During his tenure, Randy was deeply involved in significant anti-drug operations in Central America, gaining invaluable skills and experiences that shaped his approach to leadership and problem-solving.
Following his honorable service in the Marines, Randy transitioned into law enforcement, becoming a deputy in the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in California. His commitment to public service was paralleled by his academic pursuits, earning a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Randy’s entrepreneurial journey reignited during his tenure with the sheriff’s department when he ventured into real estate, buying and managing multiple properties, from homes to apartments and office buildings. This endeavor marked the beginning of his full-time business career after taking early retirement from law enforcement after 15 years.
His business career continued as he acquired a small security company and transformed it into a major player in the industry, expanding its operations to include over 150 employees across five counties. Not stopping there, Randy founded and built a custom trophy belt buckle manufacturing company from scratch, which now stands as the largest producer and supplier in the United States, employing over 350 people.
Randy resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife of 23 years, Molly.
